How Summer Registration Works
To keep summer scheduling flexible and personalized, families will begin by submitting an inquiry form rather than booking directly from a public calendar.
1. Submit the inquiry form.
2. Let us know which summer offering(s) you’re interested in.
3. Once we receive your form, we’ll follow up to confirm scheduling details and next steps.
4. Once your invoice is paid, your student’s spot is reserved.
5. Final lesson scheduling is then confirmed on the back end.
Summer Policies
Summer scheduling is designed to be flexible, but because the session is shorter and more travel-heavy, a few summer-specific policies apply.
Lessons
Families should provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. With at least 24 hours’ notice, Summit will do its best to accommodate a rescheduled lesson, but rescheduling is based on teacher availability and is not guaranteed. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are typically forfeited.
All summer lessons, including any rescheduled lessons, must be completed by August 9, 2026.
Workshops
Workshop registrations are refundable with at least 7 days’ notice before the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable. If Summit cancels a workshop for any reason, families will receive a full refund.
Not Sure Which Option Is the Best Fit?
We’d be happy to help! Whether your student is continuing lessons, trying something new, or exploring music for the first time, we can help point you toward the best summer option.
